9. Is each sentence complete?
10. Are much/many used properly?
11. Are a/an/the used properly?
12. Are singular pronouns used for singular nouns and plural
pronouns used for plural nouns?
13. Did you use any double negatives?
14. Are all proper nouns and proper adjectives capitalized?
15. Are word endings such as -s, -ing, and –ed included
where they should be?
16. Did you leave any words out?
17. Did you accidentally use words twice?
18. Are apostrophes used correctly on contractions and possessive
nouns?
19. Is the dialogue punctuated and capitalized correctly?
20. Did you leave margins around your composition?
21. Did you use the correct verb tense in each paragraph?
